There are organizations and individuals who seemed to have a long lasting, enduring capacity; however, they are now no longer around. Contrast this many organizations and individuals are still around today after many years. What's the difference? It's about learning from challenges we have experienced in the past and the skillful art of being A.D.E.P.T. in facing the next challenges we will most certainly encounter. When we hit challenges that seem to set us back, we can either abandon the challenge, attempt again with the same approach as last time, or adjust our approach to do something differently. Where we can all improve is in the latter! |
