Doug's Transform World values are about being ADEPT:
1. Achieving Quality as achieved by satisfying the relationship between the people constraint: clients, management and employees (our success and mission). 2. Developing People: Businesses exist because they focus on people (clients and employees) - they are, and always will be, the bottom line (our skills and learning). 3. Enabling Longevity, either personally or professionally, provides the foundation for one to be built to last while undergoing constant change (our values and forms). 4. Preparing for Change: Change is constant, and when we focus on improving the change process this establishes necessary preparation for the inevitable situations that demand change (our flexibility and conversations). 5. Thinking Creatively, where everyone is encouraged to openly participate in thoughtful, innovative ideas for solutions and the future (our strategy and collaboration). All of this is wrapped up in The Integrity Values System (TM), where what we truly believe is important to us is integrated into every part of our lives. |
